Can I change white grout to black?
Yes, suitable sound grout can be recoloured. Choose your preferred shade in the form. We assess the existing grout and confirm product suitability before the work. Failed grout needs repairing or replacing first.
How does the £30 deposit work?
Every confirmed booking has a flat £30 deposit. It is deducted from your final bill, with the remaining balance due after completion. You will see the price and booking terms before paying.
Can you price the job from photographs?
Photos help us assess the condition, but they cannot reliably tell us the scale. Add measurements for each surface and a close-up with a tape measure. Anything unclear is reviewed before a final quote.
What if my shower is leaking?
Tell us in the form and show us the affected area. Leaks and loose tiles require assessment: cosmetic grout work cannot resolve every underlying problem. We review the job before taking a deposit.
Do I need matching replacement tiles?
For tile replacement, you normally supply the matching spare. Tell us whether you have one, its size and where the damaged tile is. We confirm the work after reviewing your photos.
Can I book outside Plymouth?
Yes. The standard uplift is 15%, rounded up to the nearest £5. Jobs 40 or more driving miles away have a £299 minimum service subtotal, and journeys over 70 miles need an individual review.
